Arzenc de Randon est une commune française située dans le nord-est du département de la Lozère en région Occitanie. Elle fait partie de la communauté de communes de Randon Margeride.
C’est une commune rurale avec une superficie de 69,2km2 et pas moins de 20 km de distance entre ces points extrêmes. Avec une altitude moyenne de 1 305m, c’est une commune avec un climat de montagne. Elle est traversée par divers cours d’eau dont le Chapeauroux qui prend sa source au Nord de la commune.
Elle compte 203 habitants (2019) et 23 hameaux : Arzenc de Randon, Donnepeau, Costeboulès, le Giraldès, la Baraque de Pompeyrenc, l’Iraldès, Chantelouve, le Mazel, le Monteil, Granouillac, la Recouse, le Mas-Neuf, la Ligeyrès, la Baraque de Couffours, Pouchalssac, Couffours, le Mazelet, Auranchet, Cougoussac Bas, le Plo de l’Habitarelle, Albuges, La Fage, Le Mont.
Ses habitants sont appelés les Arzencois et les Arzencoise.
